Amy Klein is Chief Executive Officer of ERRA Certified. A founding executive at Revolution Foods, the healthy school-meals company, she went on to lead early-stage food ventures including SpoonfulOne (acquired by Nestlé) and Plantbaby, and taught at the Culinary Institute of America's Food Business School from 2016 to 2022. She is also volunteer faculty with FARMpreneurs, a nonprofit business school for small- and mid-sized farmers. At ERRA she leads the organization end to end — certification operations, school and restaurant partnerships, fundraising, and the standard's public rollout.
